The service

EatNearMe helps you decide where to eat by suggesting nearby restaurants and picking one through interactive games. It is provided by Markco Labs LLC, free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use in the United States.

Restaurant information

Restaurant details — including hours, ratings, prices, and availability — come from third-party sources (primarily Google Maps Platform) and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Always confirm hours and availability with the restaurant before traveling or ordering. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the restaurants shown.

Affiliate disclosure

Delivery ordering buttons currently link directly to the delivery platforms. Some links may become affiliate links in the future; when they do, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you, and this will be disclosed near the buttons. Affiliate status does not influence which restaurants are suggested — results come from location, your filters, and the picker’s randomness.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, automated querying, attempting to bypass rate limits, or interfering with its operation. Restaurant data may not be extracted, stored, or republished; it is licensed for your personal use within the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markco Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on information in it — including a disappointing dinner. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $10.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
